this nature and while it would be really cool if we could send
everyone a 100% personalized message, this really isn't necessary
for a standard issue like the one you raised. If one of our
agents says that they will look into a matter, rest assured
that this will happen

behaved so badly that a ticket is needed, please make sure to
highlight exactly why you feel this is the case and please do
include a screenshot.
