Ural Steel List of cons and pros from position of player

Moneo: Many thanks for your feedback Carmon, we know that there many hick
ups and many things to improve. I had a chat with Simon "Bump"
Bennett (eSport Manager EU) this morning and he is gathering all
the feedback from the teams right now and from the audience who
watched the live stream of the Ural Steel final.
I´m not sure if you have sent this feedback already to Simon but we make sure that he gets it.
If we compare this year’s Ural Steel with the one from last year we made already a massive progress. Anyone who participated lasts years Final can confirm that. This doesn't mean we stop here. We will improve and make the next eSports event a better experience.
We have the WCG coming in a few weeks and I can already promise you that we try to implement all the feedback from this Final into the next one in a few weeks’ time.
Our eSports community is growing so fast (the Go4WoT are one of the biggest Go4 tournaments which ESL run in all their games) and our WG tournaments are quite popular with many players. This is another pressure point for us to perform even better.
Our players trust us with spending their time in World of Tanks. It’s our duty to improve and present the game and the events which our community deserves.
Regarding your words about Simon "Bump", I have to say I´m really disappointed to read something like that from you or any other eSport clan who participated in the Ural Steel. Bump made it happen that any EU team could go to the Finals, he had nearly no time to prepare everything. He had to take care of 4 Teams and help them to get Visa´s for "Russia!" in less than 3 weeks.
Maybe you were not aware of it but there were Players who did not even had an Passport and Simon had to make sure that the Ural Steel Final happens.
*UPDATED to clarify: everyone can have his own opinion and impression, but if you want to complain about an Wargaming employee feel free to send a Ticket or a personal message to me or the Customer Support. It will be checked then, but we do not do this over the forum.*
On the topic that you guys did not receive anything, we agree on that and this is something Simon told me about that he would like to create medals for each EU team who participated. So please give us some time to figure that out from our side here in EU. For the next event we will have them prepared from our side for the event itself so we can hand them out and the Finals.
All I can say is we are improving and we need the help of our players to get better. Please give us our feedback of the event but please keep in mind it has to be productive and useful.
