Eligibility.  The Tournament is open all individuals in the following countries that are 18 years of age or older as of March 22nd 2013, and who properly register for the Tournament (each a "Player"): Argentina, Austria, Australia, Brazil, Canada (excluding residents residing in the Province of Quebec), Chile, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, India, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Russia, Singapore, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Kingdom, and the United States. Each Player may be required to show proof of age and residence.
