I a little bit annoyed, HE shells didn't reset cap and 1 afk meant we lost

LiannaSilverwind: 3+ capping tanks still provide their team with 3 capture points per tick, but divide these points between themselves. There are no dummy tanks.
Ie. 4 capping tanks get 3/4 cap points per tick each, 3 total to the team; 5 capping tanks get 3/5 cap points per tick each, 3 total to the team, etc. Float values are rounded to integers after battle.
