E-50M Gun Depression nerf

The reduction in gun depression only affect the frontal arc.  If you check the E-50 in-game right now, for the gun to depress there is some major clipping that happens on parts of the tank.  The barrel clips through the circular disc below the gun, it clips through the driver's periscope and it clips through the front light when depressed.  
The change is a graphical fix, to avoid model clipping and the patch notes will be updated to reflect this.
