Hell, even I hate players who pay to get an unfair advantage over other players who can't get that advantage without paying. It's so bad that some games which can be great use such a freemium model.

Although some players claim all moderators (including former ones, like me), all Pirates (I liked DarkFenix's post about it), all use gold ammo, that is simple not true. No one has unlimited financial reserves, nor it is needed in order to farm 90% of current WoT players.
That is the most sad part of the situation. Players who do not buy gold blame everyone else on using premium accounts, golden ammo, golden consumables, premium tanks etc. without blaming themselves in the first place for losing yet another firefight.
And the final nail to the coffin is, like you have mentioned, this game is Free-To-Play.
Every 40% win ratio Type 59 (and I hate them too) in the game is allowing free players to play. Every player spraying gold bullets around himself 100% of the time is allowing free players to play.
Without players who buy gold, there is no game. Such is the fate of WoT.
