Formula is very easy to abuse when intended as was discussed in depth at RU forums. Just check amount of points gained for defending/invading and use low tier tanks, you will get efficiency in no time. In short: if you want to be efficient, grab H38 and defend all the time. Your aim is to get maximum damage, kills and 100% defend points.
Formula ignores win ratio, hit ratio and average xp, ie. you stop being team player, you become selfish farming machine.
