LiannaSilverwind: Current game rules are the following:
1) General/Team Company garage chat is limited to English-only. This rule is being broken regularly unfortunately, therefore we, as mods, usually ban dozens people per day due to them ignoring our warnings. Personal hand-made channels are not limited to English-only.
2) Ingame chat is not limited to English only, therefore if some non-English player wishes to communicate in his/her native language, he/she can.
3) In any case if anyone insults you by any means, please use Report option so that Support can check that player and deal with him/her accordingly. Profanity, flaming, harassing, abusing, insulting etc. are not permitted in any case, so if anyone makes you unhappy by his/her wording, report that case.
