who imply that:
1) Tank X is underpowered when its stats are not the worst
or
2) Tank Y is overpowered when its stats are not the best
or
3) Nation X is underpowered when its stats are not the worst
or
4) Nation Y is overpowered when its stats are not the best?
That would help to reduce the amount of "balance fighters" a lot.
