Introduce Exp./$$ for Secondary Spotting?

LiannaSilverwind: Spotting vehicle still "steals" XP/Creds from the other vehicles,
even if it is not first spotting chance. It does not get small free
bonus that gets first spotter, but it's kinda neglible.
An example: tanks A, B, C see enemy Tiger. Tank D does not see it, but it's on its screen. SPG E is in similar situation.
Tank C fires and damages Tiger. Experience go to A, B and C. A gets 25%, B gets 25%, C gets 50%.
Tank D or SPG E fire and damage Tiger. Experience go to A, B, C and (D or E). A gets 16.6%, B gets 16.6%, C gets 16.6% (total 50% for A, B and C), D or E gets 50%.
