This is F2P game, therefore if I want to throw some dirt at anyone (developer, moderator, someone's aunt), I'd just create fake account on fake e-mail and start trolling. In fact, lots of people do so.
Many posters who post from ban to ban about game being unplayable, unbalanced and total crap, are not even playing the game for months or have straightaway empty accounts.
In games that are P2P, forum accounts are often linked to activity status of game account. Therefore if you do not pay, you cannot post, only read. Therefore people who do not pay (and do not play, just want to throw dirt), cannot post on forums.
