your option.
You can take experienced crew member to another tank, he will lose some XP for re-training, unless you pay gold for re-training him. He will still retain his skills like Repair/Camo/Firefighting.
You can take new crew member as well, train him for credits or gold if you want, or leave him on 50%. He will not have any skills.
If you plan to sell the former tank, I advice to transfer crew to the new tank definitely.
