LiannaSilverwind: They can get into the same battle, but usually both teams get "some
tier 9, some tier 8, some tier 7" etc. Rarely one tier is
completely missed, for example: "one tier 8 for both, 2 tier 7 for
one, none for the other, 1 tier 6 for one, 6 tier 6 for the other"
etc. I have never seen both teams missing top tier completely, ie.
top tank is tier 9 vs top tank of tier 8 for example.
