T28 and Radios

LiannaSilverwind: The reason is in Soviet tanks radio-operator is стрелок-радист, ie. he does not only operate the radio, but operates machinegun also.
T-28 has machineguns in small turrets, that was their jobs.
Current system does not use machineguns, but still uses historical crewmen. So T-28 gets two radio-operators, who are in fact... machinegunners.
