30 top league teams will buy their CB accounts, immediately dividing Clan Wars map for long time. It will take long time for new players to get their TT10, MT9 etc. They will enter the game knowing that their place is in mud, being farmed by 30 top teams, who started top-equipped since the game 1. Will you play such a game? As fresh player I know that I won't.
Russian, EU and US clusters are going to be separate in Clan Wars for a long time, you can check developers' posts about it. Therefore there will be no real advantage after they combine those clusters (if they will ever do it), because every player will have long time to get all vehicles he/she needs.
If we're able to buy CB accounts XP, you can be sure there would be people who will buy gold to get TT10, MT9, SPG7 in the first day as well. Your chance in Clan Wars, even with your free XP, is... let's say... small. Now about numbers: let's say you pay 10 $ per month being played, since July it's 7 months now, that's 70 $. Considering 1 $ is 250 gold on Russian server now, for the same amount you'll get 4.375.000 credits, that should be enough to get your clan's favourite tank for the Day 1. So let's put 140 $ into the game and play with TT 9 vehicle since Day 1.
You will start with MS-1, they will start on IS-7, Maus and T30. Good luck in grinding through company fights and in Clan Wars.
I do not see any need to grind all these tanks, when I can just buy them via gold. Buy Free XP back with credit card, buy gold with credit card, buy my favourite vehicles during first 10 minutes. Enjoy the game and ride them all down!
