LiannaSilverwind: I suppose common outcries ingame will be:
"OP ARTY ONESHOTTED ME!!! NERF IT!!!" Reason: someone got hit at open terrain being spotted by invisible spotter, SPG got lucky shot.
"WHY DON'T U COUNTER THEIR ARTIES?!?" Reason: SPGs decided not counter at all due to random dispersion and instead focus on tanks OR SPGs counter all the game missing with every shot against non-stupid SPGs.
"USELESS ARTY!!!" Reason: SPG did her best, but Random God was with her.
From now on being SPG means you are not as OP, as you are just plain lucky.
