account following possibilities:
1) This is CBT, we are unable to buy gold. Gold provides ability to boost up crew, gain credits and transfer Free XP. At release there will be many people who will use opportunity to use their money to help the project, while gaining certain advantages themselves. Paying players won't stop at Tier 8 tanks if they can get Tier 9 (Mediums, TDs) or Tier 10 (Heavies).
2) 2 months into release most clans will have top-tiered tanks for sure.
3) Best rewards are for... Champions League, not Absolute one.
4) Champions League format was used in last tournament, so there are many more teams that are specifically trained for that format of a championship.
