Text/sound notifications from other players

LiannaSilverwind: I encountered several people who spammed messages like Affirmative and Negative every moment they could for all battle.
The problem is that these messages are now accompanied by sound. We can turn off map notifications, but not these messages.
Are there planned options to turn off sounds or text of such messages permanently, please?
