AFK penalties?

LiannaSilverwind: It seems that even in Closed Beta there is rising amount of people who enter the battle and then go AFK. Either they do it manually or thanks to some third-party software ie. botting, we do not know, but already there is a big chance to meet 1-2 people AFKing every battle. It hurts their team immensely.
In case they are botting, ie. they are not even at their computer, they are able to gain credits "for free", even after being destroyed. I suppose their bot program just autoclicks repair and enter battle on the screen every X seconds (even when in battle, where it does not work obviously).
Is there any penalty planned for people who are AFK/botting?
Detection of first-generation AFKers:
1) Does not move from the spot
2) Does not shoot
3) Does not respond
