Keyhand: Hello everyone, I am here to clear up some misconceptions.
Let's make one thing clear: There was no "Stealth buff", here is the explanation for the MoE-Requirements which skill talked about.
As soon as one understands the concept of a floating average for the past 14 days the graph makes perfect sense and when you think more about it, it would much rather be weird if this effect was not the case.
The randomised examplary numbers in the spreadsheet simulate a substantial drop in combined damage being done by Arties which is probably down to at least two factors:
A) - Experienced Artyplayers as well as Players new to the class trying the new possibilities out which include AP and nonstun HE - an effect that would fade a little over time as the "new-sensation" wears off which leads to less combined damage due to less stunassist being done initially after the patch.
B) - Add to that that the number of Arties in random battles possibly dipped for the same reason at around the same time because of people moving back to their usual vehicles of choice which would naturally lead to more stunassist per piece of artillery.
The point in time where we see an increase of requirements perfectly coincides with the effect of the prepatch values wearing off as the floating 14-day-average normalizes on the new numbers - this should be expected.
