the rebalance of the tiers 10, 9 and 8, as we wanted to start from
the top, and we know that currently tiers 7 and 6 have a lot of
problems, but we will address those issues as well. However, I
cannot tell when it will be done. It is difficult to do anything
with the lowest tiers, as they are usually just a box with a gun,
but the tiers 5-7 have a lot of potentials.
