for changes 30min before the tournament starts is really not the
way to do it. To be sure the changes will be made - all requests
have to be done by 17:00 the latest. If we are able to do it later,
its only because you are lucky and the brackets were not set yet.
After 18:00 it´s basically impossible as we have it ready always at
least 1 hour before so players can see their opponents on the
portal in time before the matches. The job to do here is to
prepare your team or ask for changes before registration is closed.
If you do it after that time, hard to blame us.
