Karlie:   Can´t talk for others but in my case, I am not answering those who are answered 1-2 pages ago already. It´s not that hard for anyone to check If your question wasn´t answered couple posts ago. Especially those asking questions that got answered one post above... Also, lots of information is written in rules which people are not reading. To understand, we are always trying to help but we are here to help when something is not working properly, If you need help with changing team members and so on, not for answering questions people can easily find.
