use either collars or harness. I don´t use harness cause she is
warm in it and she mostly walks without the leash - the collar is
more like a holder for phone number 
If I have her on the leash, she is
not pulling and If she does, I gently pull couple times more like a
vibration so she knows she has to slow down. Also she swims a lot
and harness is not the best for swimming. We use harness only in
car.
