There are 2 issues I wish to discuss.   1- Trying to get an admin in general chat to resolve my second issue I got banned for nearly no good reason. There were a lot of chatter in the chat box so in order to get the admins attention that I did not know was or wasn't present I typed as following:

  Since no answer was given a few seconds later I typed admin 5 times. Few seconds later admin responded to another person so I typed admin again and sent it he immediately banned me for A DAY. Please kindly revoke this ban as it seems completely immature to me.   2- In 5v5 July#2 T6 cup the specification states that the total tier allowed is 18 for 5 players. 3 of the teams in our group brought 5 tier 6s so their total weight is 30 and it should be an automatic victory for us but I did not find a reporting section for this tournament as it was stated in the description of reporting to refer to the forums.

I am not the team captain but he is not good with English so I'm sending this on his behalf. Our team's name is Vidama and we are on group 18.   Thank you in advance.
