waiting for gold time, it is not playinh tanks anymore. And all u
say about it is " Hey tournaments are only 3 hour". If there was a
reasonable exponation .. allright , but you can not give us it. And
you sound apsurd , like you dont need anymore players to play the
tournaments, like you have enough? I want to ask for a long time
now , whos idea was in first place to remove reserve player? The
admins of the tournaments - you Karlie and Berbo , or its comming
from higher? I really think you should start
listening to the cows giving you milk not only ignore them becouse
the reserv player is the most comment theme in this forum 3rd week
in a row. Today i see 78 people voting for +1 player in that
poll.Karlie: Actually we do expect 3 people being able to play for 3
hours (not even) without substitute. If you have in your 3 member
team a person that KNOWS he might not be able to play 3 hours, I
assume you should find one that will be sure. There are many
tournaments to choose the right for you. Cause even with 3+1, If
you would have in your team people as you are describing to me and
they are simply not sure If they can play 3 hours, all of them have
the same issue and one sub wont save them. That is hypocrisy. Sorry
but If I am not able to tell 2-3 hours before the tournament (when
changes can be still done) If I have time for it, maybe the
tournaments really are not my thing. The extra person which
is barely used is getting gold for nothing which we rather give in
another tournament to someone who is actually able and willing to
play. Subs for sure made sense in 3 days tournaments when it was
really hard to make sure original players will have time certain
hours for certain days. Nevertheless most of our players are able
to know If they have the same day 3 hours of their time or not. If
the time is too stretched for you, I believe its better to go for
another tournament that you know you will make. It´s really not
that hard. Yes I understand people vote for subs since its
free gold for 4th player. Who wouldn't vote for that? 
I like, as mentioned before, the
possibility of having 3+1 players and only playing players will get
the prize. That seems to be fair for everyone and we will look into
this possibility in future. That should make everyone happy.
