battlesKarlie: eSports - Team/Ranked battles = TEAM work So you can
hardly expect anything individual in mode that is focused on the
TEAM. For that you already have in-game missions. In
eSports, teams usually have 7 standard players which play most of
the battles and then they have a substitutes to train with them and
help in case someone can´t but still... those 7 players are usually
the best and those 7 players are the best organized. There are not
really eSports teams that would be mixing the whole team and
playing with "whoever", it doesn´t work like that. Simply, eSports
is not random, it´s a team play and it´s a focused team play.
