Karlie:   For most of the teams its really hard to gather large amount of people - we tried already before but it never really worked. Lots of people sign up but they never manage to build the team. That is the reason why we lower the number to 7 which is also our eSports format (most of the teams have 7 + reserve people ready since they participate in the League). 3v3 could be an option even though we prefer the eSports format. But we can definitely discuss this and for change make one MM tournament 3v3 (5v5) on some small maps. In the case of repeating tournaments - we do that with all classic tournaments as Easy 8, Super 6 and Fun Cups (any other cup) - they just keep rotating.  

Karlie:   It is, If you specify who needs to be changed in which team (only captain can request this - all you need to do is send the link to the team and link to the affected players to this thread) - player himself can only request to be erased from the team. But please keep in mind that those changes can be done before registration closes, not during the tournament.
