Every "normal" gamer doesnt care if he downloads the patch on wed
or Thursday. But your tournaments are always played on Mo, Wed,
Fri. So isnt there a way of communication between the team that
handles the tournament and that one who is responsible for
Patches??Karlie: Patches are for millions of people, tournaments for approx
5000 people. So that is the reason why patch is the priority here.
But we agreed on writing this non-written "rule" of moving the
tournament to next possible day in case of patch day to our general
rules. Even though most of you guys know it. And trust me, we are
not happy about it either, we know how problematic it can be for
you to arrange the whole team for unexpected day but its better
than having issues with the client (downloading etc). No solution
here is perfect but we are always trying to pick the one that will
harm less people.
