Karlie:   Its not possible to add players when the tournament is already running - all changes are done before registration closes. 1 week should be enough time to build a proper team .  

Karlie:   As kreso03 wrote, there is lots of things we have to check and If there is lots of reports, it might take a bit longer - the times we write before the match are created under best conditions. Match might be more than hour ago but don´t forget its BO3 = 7 minutes game + 5 minutes setup * 3 and then 15 minutes only for players to insert the reports and after that we have to go through all of it. So that is more than 45 minutes only for that and If you check the thread and the times, you see how many reports were there and times they posted them (and also that most of them were not complete and we waited for players to provide proper reports-true we don´t need to do that but that would upset lots of players), you understand why there was a small delay. Besides, you need to get invites 10 minutes before the match which means that even If we are "on time" we still have to set next game with more than 10 minutes time difference to make sure you get the invites . Might look like one easy click to you but the process is way more complicated than you see it.
