Even distant Moscow is + 2h from me (21h), while England, France and Spain are -1h compared to me (UTC 00h) which would mean that in their competition starts at 18h.
I agree that it is difficult to match the competition across time zones, but definitely this could be resolved in some way (direct agreement / sliding start time which could synchronize among the competitors and / or to define a wider time margin within which the teams could arrange etc.)
Karlie: Have in mind that lots of those teams are mixed and we don´t
know people nationality just by signing up the team. Whatever we
do, it will be never perfect for everyone and all opponents have
the same starting our so postponing it for some teams (which is not
even realistic) would just postpone the whole tournament since the
teams from eastern time zone could make it to finals and finish the
game late night. Even starting the tournament at 20:00 already
means finishing one our later than most of the rest. Btw. France
and Spain are +1 so they both start at 19:00
