Karlie:   Its up to us how we divide it. And dividing it how it was done is also random. As same we could switch someone or didn´t have to. But for next cup I will make sure we set it differently - even though I am sure that even in such a case there still would be people who wouldnt like it neither way because there would be always someone in group with someone they wished not to be in with. I honestly dont see any reason why the group setting is such a problem. Didnt you come play the game? Isn´t playing with any team part of the game?
 

Karlie:   He added those he managed to read on time. I see the time he answered and for that I said you should always ask for such requests via the specific thread because that thread is always being checked by the admins. he also wrote you that its impossible for him to be adding players one by one in one team continually. You didnt even have all the changes ready in one PM and he kept helping you anyway. Also we don´t add new players once the tournament starts. We have many messages from players (especially during tournaments) and its not possible to go through all of them on time - we do it whenever we can. The main focus is on thread that was created for such a purpose. What you need to understand is that we try to communicate with players as much as we can but that is not all we do. We really cant be part of Skype call with every player that ask us too. This is not what we do here. We are trying to help as much as we can but sometimes certain tasks just cant be done. So please, for future, If you have any requests, ask for changes in specific threads created for such purpose. PM is only good for non urgent communication. Again, since you keep accusing me from "spamming" and bothering you. I will since now make sure that that is not gonna happen anymore.
