Lost crews and tanks

Karlie: So I checked...the account was not wiped by WG at all. We only got ticket that everything is gone, checked If it´s the owner who is writing us and gave him back as much as we could. As I said before...  Nele_PunisheR, I see that the matter of WHAT happen to the account wasn´t discussed in the tickets at all. I also don´t know how did you come up with "WG did that"... I will send you PM so you don´t have to write them again and wait for the answer since I already found out. But feel free to contact customer service If you have any doubts or questions. Btw also...delete "preferences" and modes, the garage is not displayed properly to you, there actually are credits and gold on your account.   And please... have in mind that we are always trying to help you but with this negative approach that some of you have...it´s really hard to communicate or help... There is always explanation to everything...
