Want to see what WG said? Here So they say "we will
give you back account as close as possible to his previous
state". They wouldnt say that if he did something
wrong, would they? So there is apsolutly no reason for his account
getting wiped. I know you are WG mod, but pls, deal with facts.
Karlie: Please, feel free to send me his nickname via PM and I can
check but towards the email it seems like his account was either
stolen or sold. In both cases it´s up to the player to be careful
with his private information. He is kind of lucky that they were
able to give him back at least something... Please be always
careful with who you share the computer and never give anyone your
password.
