Kandly: Hello again guys,   We've assessed the situation and we now have some news about the accounts that were unable to connect following today's incident. It appears that only a handful of players were indeed stuck on one periphery, but all affected accounts are now fixed. No mass compensation will be given out this time, but please write a ticket to contact customer support in case you're in need of further case-by-case assistance regarding this.   We apologize for the inconvenience caused by these issues.   P.S. It's been announced here that the discounted packages for Italian marathon are extended until May 3rd at 00:30 UTC / 02:30 AM CEST (the previous end date being April 30th).
