will be that quick fixing bugs in the future... oh wait... chat

really considered spending some bucks on gold and credits to get me
the new russian heavy tanks but yeah... thx for saving me about 100
EUR!Kandly: Hey. First of all, we don't discriminate between bugs
in-game. Bugs are bugs and should be fixed. Secondly, we don't
only have one team that handles all bugs, because that's just not
how it works. This is like when we post a new wallpaper on
Facebook and I see people saying "how dare you post
a wallpaper instead of fixing X bug" - even though
the teams working on the wallpaper & posting it are obviously not
the ones in charge of those things. We never said that we are ok
with the presence of bugs in the game and it's a shame that they
sometimes occur, but all we can do is try to fix them, which I can
assure you is something we're doing on a constant basis. We
obviously did not choose to have the missions back in-game,
but they found their way back for a few hours nonetheless. Due to
this, some players managed to get some extra bonds. Now you're
asking us to compensate the existence of a bug in the game, so that
all players, including those who were at work today, will get a
change to win the same number of bonds. How about the ones who
cannot log into the game today due to various reasons, though?
I say we keep them in the game indefinitely, because otherwise
everyone who didn't take advantage of the bug will get a chance to
do so. What I'd like you to understand is that keeping a bug
in the game just because it's "one of the nice ones" would actually
show that we're fine with some players having an unfair
advantage over others. Fixing the bug as soon as we became aware of
it (like we did) proved that this is something we didn't
want. I find it strange that I have to explain this.
