Sure that you have no info, WG Paris is the best at having no info. [edited] You want feedback about what is happening in your online game that pays your salary? How about you actually try to open the god damn game once a day and see if it works? That would be too hard to do?   Clan chat is mostly not working on EU1, those who are on EU2 can not see all clan members that are online (i guess those from EU2 can not connect and they are 'invisible' because of that. I see people in the friends list that appear as being in battle, even if they are not. I see people in the friends list that appear to be online, and sometimes even in battle - even if they closed the game hours ago. Sometimes you can not add people to your black list, because guess what - the server is unavailable..

Kandly:   I'm more than aware of your overall opinion and attitude problems regarding us, Iulian_ro, but I recommend you take a step back and realize maybe it's time to reconsider this negativity cloud surrounding you on the forum, when you provoke others and angrily misconstruct what they say, every time you show up in any topic. I'm here not only to build a strong line of communication with all of you, but to also put a stop to how the forum has taught itself to behave in the past, without someone keeping it from going off the deep end. Now I'm here for good and I'm not afraid to clean up and make the forum a nice place for everyone. If you want to successfully continue being part of this forum community, you should reconsider your replies and tone down the salt, because it is aggravating everyone.   As for your feedback, thank you. I'm not at work right now, but I will forward this and we will look into your case specifically. As for your question, yes, of course I am in the game and I can check if it works - in fact, it does. You've followed the old topic, correct? Then you would know that the main issue with this bug was that it appeared randomly and didn't affect more than small percentages of players at once, with peaks in certain moments. Being so involved in that thread, I'd imagine you'd know this and understand why continuous feedback is appreciated. In addition to this, I'd like to remind you that the topic was in fact outdated because it didn't only refer to chat issues in general, which is this one's purpose, but it was created specifically to inform the forum about the Personal Missions and Chat Issues compensation at the time. Then, because I was actively following every single post in it and I saw that more and more players were reporting different chat issues, I turned it into a long bug report, basically. It wasn't the right spot for that in the first place, but I didn't want to redirect you to a new one back then, when the issues were affecting more players. The numbers are looking good now. I had plenty of reasons for replacing that topic, especially since this one was already created by my colleague, but well - you would understand if you were willing to. :)
