Questions to WG

View PostAzcran, on 12 March 2017 - 07:03 PM, said: I see myself as a casual player. I want to play some hours at the evening, enjoying the game and have some exciting and challenging games. I play PvP to win. If someone plays better than that's ok for me. I do not play to get annoyed because the teams are completely unbalanced and one side doesn't have the slightest chance of winning. This is regardless of whether I'm in the winning team or not, both ways it's not fun.
Balanced or even exciting games have unfortunately become the exception. For the bigmouths who will answer that this is not the case: Nice for you, please show me a statistic which refutes my statement. The bulk of the players with whom I chat ingame confirm my impression.   This leads me to the assumption that what I'm doing ingame is not relevant to the outcome of the game. It does not matter if I play well or play badly, whether I play ego trip or try to support my team. Important for the outcome of the game is actually only who has fewer idiots in the team and who has just more luck regarding the hit rate, pen rate, whatsoever (Contrary statements please support with statistics [see paragraph above])   This in turn raises various questions. Why can an external tool like XVM calculate the win rate very reliably? For the bigmouths: Reliable does not mean that it is correct in 100% of the cases. But in the majority of cases it is right and that's a poverty test for the game. Imagine something like that for the Premier League or similar, no one would visit a game anymore! Why is WG not able to implement a balanced matchmaking even though the basis for it already exists in the game? If you use the personal score as the basis for a classification, the teams would be more balanced and the games more interesting. It has its reason why pretty much all sport leagues of the world are divided into classes! For the bigmouths: I do not want an autowin, I do not want a 50:50 victory chance. I just want balanced teams.   To pre-empt some answers: I am aware of that WG is not in this forum, or is not interested in it or simply ignores it I don't want popcorn Posting pictures is neither cool nor is it helpful for the discussion

Kandly:   Hi Azcran,   Sorry to hear the game isn't that much fun for you these days. I'd like to share my thoughts on the matter, since there are things here I'd like to address. First of all, although it may be hard to see us as this forum is very active, I can assure you that we're always keeping an eye on it and we read as many posts and topics as possible, in addition to collecting and forwarding your feedback.   We're aware of the frustrations unbalanced games can provoke and we're always working on improving all of the game's aspects, including matchmaking. We recently discussed this during a Facebook Live Interview with Thaine and Miloš. We plan on improving matchmaking and creating a ranked battle game mode (for players of the same level to compete), among many others. If you want, check out what's next here. :)   Additionally, we all have moments in games when we've had too much and feel like we need a change, so that's totally understandable. I usually just take a small break when that happens and come back to the game with a fresh mindset.   Kandly :girl:
