Jahrakajin: If your not sending it to Support report it in game. Or send me via PM the Clan in question so I can have a look at it. Then it takes me another 20 steps to our Customers Support desk and we can solve it in a matter of minutes.

Also our Support is not bots unless I've been having lunch with some AI for the past year.
