Non Constructiive Topic

Jahrakajin: Lets see what the Community here can define as both constructive and unconstructive. We can have later a Team meeting with the other Mods discussing on how harsh or soft we can go on certain stuff. Please keep in mind that we also have to follow some internal rules so its not a "just how we feel it" type of thing. 

Also I hope nobody really believes we have some quota of bans or closed topics, this is not the case.
