What the hell is wrong with moderation here?!

Jahrakajin:   First offense in my book. They get off with a slap on the wrist. They have been warned and should know better not to post that kind of stuff anymore. Also in this particular case there have been posts which were couple of months old. We will edit these but not punish people for what they have, lets say, posted 3 Months ago but it was our fault not having seen it in a timely manner.
