Pinned Ranked battles thread.

Jahrakajin: I can understand the concern, trust me, nobody is bothered more by this then me. It is unlikely we will have a pinned Thread but I'll see if we can merged all existing and relevant Threads on this topic and close the rest. The thing is it tends to create a huge mess yet there are some Threads which have valid discussions which we also like to encourage. Lemme see into this and what would be the best approach. I'd prefer also a more clean first page on the fastest Forum section.
