Should stats shaming and harassment be penalized and forbidden?

I just would like to point that naming and shaming isn't allowed on forums. By using the report function (if you spot something inappropriate), we will pass to clean the thread and take the necessary measures if needed.

Furthermore by creating a thread like this, you can be sure to start a conflict. So, for the moment let's let it open but please be respectful and constructive. We will lock it if it's not the case.
