Lost my game due to HD crash

Anyways there is a glimmer of hope ..
your tanks and account will be exactly the same as you left it as
all data is held server side and not on your pc 
Bad news is ... has it was mentioned
before in this topic you will have to download and install the game
again (after you new operating system install), here is the
