However, you should play the game your
own way, listening to others often leads to a
swift destruction ... for you! If you contribute I can't
see the problem, but on another note, if and when a good
coordinated game comes together you do need spotters 
At the end of the day its probably best
to ignore them and get along with your own game. Listening to
most players will only get you wound up and angry therefore, taking
away the concentration to succeed. Alternatively you can use
the mod below it even blocks map pings lol:
