the EU portal. In fact for all I know the EU support team may well
be doing the same thing by gathering reports and such like from
users to help debug the game. HOWEVER - the big difference
is the way that the US team deal with the problem. They all seem to
be portraying an aura of "can do" and "lets sort it out" and on the
whole it just looks better to the community as a whole. REst
of the world take note. You may not like the US approach to world
politics but they sure as hell get a 10/10 for customer service
every time IPaul72: This is true the community in the EU have the same amount of
information as the US side. However, if the EU side we have a
rather different approach to things, for example we are dealing
with a much larger community under 7 different languages across 21+
countries. Doing it the way it has been proposed by the US
side wouldn't work in the EU due to the language used. (However, I
do think it is a brilliant way to approach the matter.) In the EU
all support agents are responsible for submission of tickets
containing crash information rather than a
specific individual. In 9.0.1 some of the
issues are fixed but there is on going work happening as we
speak to sort out the other little issues. The
crash issues don't affect everyone to what we have learn't and some
of it is down to mods and out dated graphics drivers.
However, if you are still suffering this issue please:
Remove mods (using a process of elimination) and update to the
latest graphics drivers and if it still persists then send a ticket
to support with the following: DxDiag report Python log (found in
the root folder of World of Tanks) Launcher log (also found in root
folder) They will be able to direct you further on what to
do. The above will also enable them to find where the
problem is and gather further information to submit. Kind
