why im banned ?

I enter the game and see that i voilated chapter 4. Starting to read chapter 4.Havent shot enyone in my team , havent kill enyone in my team , havent block anyone in my team.I dont use bots , clickers , macros EVEN mods and others similar things.Its true that sometimes i sit afk in battle - game crash , internet down , go for a smoke. So why im banned 1 week for such stupid reason just when i buy premium so i can take in time CT-1 with 30% discount ?
