Whilst I'm sure the poster was aware of the rules, contributors put the thread into the General Discussion section to give it publicity and it attracts attention. So cutting a little slack on the rules and allowiing it some time in GD before moving it would be doing the Op's who do this a service. Hey, no one will bite you for easing up on the rules occasionally, what harm will it do?

If anyone fancies platooning sometime with a Comet or Cromwell I'd be up for it. Just for fun mind you, I'm a bit of a nutter in my Cromwell, I warn you!!
