Warning points and you

I was and am given WPs pretty much because our czech moderator has some kind of personal problem (grudge maybe?) with me (because I said that he's a moderator only because another - former, now working on support - moderator has been a friend of his) and he simply - I don't know - [edited]
I asked for removing my points and see into this moderator's actions twice, but because it's a czechoslovak section, no one from Wargaming stuff never even answered me. Not even you, Ectar :(
How can anyone of these people (BigBadVuk, EilaAurora, ElTRiC, Hunter1911) even understand what we were talking about?

The thing is that

Just tell me please who I need to write to, so I can again breath in my language section and be a proud user of your forums, Ectar. I don't think I am the best person to evaluate other person's doings, but I just need one answer and one person who can actually look into one moderator's action and make our czech(oslovak) section "friendly" again.
I am sorry for my bad english, I hope you understood what I wanted to say and ask for. Thank you very much in advance.

IPaul72: Hello there Wysch
If you feel unsuitably chastised you can appeal to Mr_Kubrick the moderations manager and he will take up the appeal and investigate the case and take the appropriate actions.
However, I understand the frustration but as it as been mentioned by ziggybass you have to be really careful when naming people this includes moderators, as naming and shaming isn't a good thing for anyone.

You can't judge a moderator by the amount of neg-reps they have, as a representative of WG on the forum they get the backlash off the community in neg-reps every time WG make an error or announce an unpopular 'Special' or for even quoting forum rules....so bringing a mods neg-reps into the argument is pointless and means nothing.

IPaul72: Hello Leadbucket
This I agree on you can't judge a book by its cover!
By the very nature of the moderators job some moderators are not liked or wanted in some cases but being a ex moderator I know this all too well.
They work very hard and often very long hours so mistakes are sometimes made and this is where Mr_Kubrick comes in, as he has the final say.

I have gotten 2 of these and I believe I may be getting them from moderators using free-text searches for "usual suspect" words, such as "what starts with F and rhymes with duck", or "what starts with B and is really a synonym to Male Bovine Feces".
Now, the problem I have with this approach is that the so called "profanities" are taken completely out of context. It's surely one thing to write:
"You *ssh*le, stop talking b*llsh*t and f*ck off" - for example, (should be attributed a warning)
and a whole different matter to say:
"I was gonna grind the tank but said to myself "f*ck this, I'll use free exp".
See the huge difference? The one is a verbal assault. The other merely an expression. I would like to remove these "educational warnings". Thanks

IPaul72: Hello there xpnotoc
Educational warnings are exactly what they describe educational, they are warnings and they are sent to make you understand the direction you are heading in (in discussion) will end up being a warning point if the path is not changed. However, this can depend upon which rules is broken sometimes the educational warning can be passed and straight to the warning point. Again depending upon the severity of the violation and breach of which specific rules.
However on the latter about the xp profanity is profanity and in this case it is clearly stipulated in the rules that it is prohibited see here:

2. PROHIBITIONS and RESTRICTIONS
2.1 Forum etiquette

Users are not allowed to abuse others, make personal attacks or behave disrespectfully. This prohibition applies to both public threads and private messages (PMs). Disrespect can include:
1. Flaming
2. Making non-constructive posts, or creating threads on non-constructive topics
3. Harassment or Defamatory remarks
4. Cursing and profanities, Inappropriate language
5. Personal abuse or attacks
6. Insults or derogatory comments based on race, nationality, religion, culture, sex, or sexual preference. This includes "jokes" in bad taste.
7. Excessive Capitalization
8. Naming and Shaming. Distribution of other forum users' personal information without their prior consent
9. Discussion on social, religious, political topics that create controversy as well as negatively portray religious and political figures
10. Insults towards Wargaming Staff (including moderators)
11. Insults or provocation via PM after being set to RO status or warned for a violation
12. Death threats and other threats of violence in real life, directed towards either other forum users or members of Wargaming staff
13. Impersonation of the Administration or Moderation team
If a member is found to have participated in such actions, he/she will:
• Be temporarily banned from the World of Tanks forums
• Be given a final warning, with any further violations possibly resulting in permanent ban from the forums
This behavior has no place on the World of Tanks forums due to its extremely offensive and inappropriate nature.
The moderators are here mainly to educate and not to ban, but sometimes they have to be harsh and do the dirty so its a fine line they have to walk sometimes.
However, as mentioned before Its not an easy job and it certainly is demanding.

IPaul72:
Hello there Krilnik
I would say the best thing to do in this situation is contact Mr_Kubrick as detailed in the above post.  :great:
Kind Regards All
