Dear Wargaming,
I think some discount of wargaming are very unfair with the players. I bought 10 premium vehicles and much premium days from wargaming, my last purchase was the "black russian" package which included SU100Y and SU122-44 tanks and 3 days of premium. the price of that package was 38 euros and now the new WG discount devalued those tanks prices with 50%, now I could buy these two tanks for 19.95 euros !!!!(5500 gold) I think the black russian "bargain" was a very unfair movement of WG! Whereas I am an old customer of WG and invested much euros in the game I would like to ask for this sham bargain a little compensation (it doesnt matter that it will be 60 days of premium or 5500 gold but In my opinion this would be a fair soultion for an unfair movement of WG)

Thanks for contacting us.
Unfortunately we are not us (Customer Support) who put the prices on the store, but as player we totally understand your point of view, sadly in this case there's nothing we can do to modify them. For this reason we need to ask you to open a thread on the forums and have a constructive discussion about this. I'm pretty sure many players will love to spend some money on new tanks but the simply can't for economical reasons. As I said start a constructive discussion about this, the opinion of many players can change the course of events, so let your voice be listened.

I apologize deeply for the response you attained from our support department.
However, thank you for being a loyal player and customer, I will have a talk with customer support about it and try and make sure it doesn't happen again.
But at the end of the day it has happened to me only last week when I went into a popular retail outlet, I bought the item I wanted and went to shops down and found it was half price I have kicked myself since  :sad:  
Sometimes it is better to have a look at the WG calender on the main portal to find out whats happening and when  :blinky:
I know I will be sure to have a look around before I hand over the cash next time!
